UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer (f/m/d) to join our team to help us create a striking, reliable, and scalable Outsourcing platform for our customers and partners.

Snubes' vision is to revolutionize the entire outsourcing industry through data, digital tools, and smart matchmaking. Our platform startup has grown 10x in each of the last 2 years and is very ambitious to further scale the product, customer base, and verticals covered. Companies can quickly and easily find suitable service providers and outsourcing partners for their needs. We offer a data-based approach to finding the best partners, rather than awarding contracts based on the lowest price, an existing relationship, or "good feeling".

To drive our growth and build customer-centric products, we are looking for a smart, versatile UI/UX designer to integrate our product team, who is passionate about helping us change the outsourcing market.

You will get the opportunity to work on large-scale projects in an always-growing environment. You will support and work with the UX designer and the Product Owner in the design of all our applications, from flow to prototype. You will enable developers and product designers to deliver fast, consistent and high-quality solutions.

Let’s talk about your fantastic skillset:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI designer
• You are a creative problem solver and have a passion for intuitive interfaces and excellent user experiences.
• You have already been working with UI pattern libraries and style guides.
• You love to design, create and spec’ components
• You can write design system documentation
• You are familiar with common design tools such as Figma.
• You are a fast learner and take ownership.
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development and code is a PLUS
• Knowledge in animation is a PLUS
• Knowledge in UX research is a PLUS
• You are a team player and you are hungry for action
• You are self-organized and have a proactive personality
• You have a portfolio demonstrating your latest work

• You support the team in creating low/high fidelity designs.
• You will develop UI specifications and help us build our design system by creating UI libraries and components.
• You will maintain our design system
• You will help us add new features to our existing product portfolio and improve the user experience based on user feedback and research.
