HHades is hiringUI/UX Designer

Your main responsibility is to rapidly iterate through design solutions. This includes:

• Translate user research and business requirements into customer journeys, user flows and wireframes
• Create clickable prototypes and pixel-perfect designs
• Conduct usability tests to validate your design solutions with users
• Own the Hades Design System to create a scalable product design

Other responsibilities include:

• Advocate for the customer and follow user-centered design principles
• Support and validate your work through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product team

• Fluent in German and English
• Relevant undergraduate degree or formal qualification
• 2+ years of professional experience UX/UI design
• Excellence in Figma
• Experience partnering with engineers to release features, products, and/or services
• Experience working on complex applications
• Experience in building and maintaining a design system (Figma, Bootstrap) using Design Tokens
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
