UI/UX Designer

One-line Description

Turn the RisingWave Cloud into an easy-to-use product for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Gather business objectives and project requirements from stakeholders;
• Ability to do rapid prototyping, develop low-fidelity wireframes to communicate design options and align on a solution;
• Be users advocate and base designs on data gathered from user testing and usage metrics;
• Champion user experience pain points and convert them into product features to meet users needs;
• Create high fidelity designs informed by customer feedback;
• Excellent collaboration skills and work with engineers to create design specifications for implementation and ensure accurate implementation;
• Work collaboratively to improve design styles and components for use across the entire product.

Key Qualifications

• Experience designing cloud B2B products;
• Experience in user-centered design with hands on experience throughout the process, from user research to developing prototypes and collaborating on implementation;
• Experience in delivering wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications final assets as well as personas and use case development;
• Ability and passion to understand distinct user groups quickly and iterate solutions to their needs;
• Work with a cross functional team, partnering with users, product owners and development teams to deliver business value;
• Expert knowledge with design/wireframing software such as: Sketch, Adobe suite, or equivalent;
• Familiarity with prototyping/animation tools such as: Principle, Axure, Figma, or equivalent.
