You Will

    • Main Objectives:
    • On-time delivery of project designs in accordance with product design templates 
    • Increasing the cr value of the companies by optimizing the UI/UX features of their websites
    • Improving product design templates in accordance with market trends and user needs

    • Analysis:
    • Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and UI/UX trend analysis
    • An analytic approach to UI/UX projects

    • Account Management:
    • Managing design projects for new e-commerce clients
    • Improving e-commerce websites’ UI/UX processes while increasing the conversion rates and customer task completion
    • Helping solve issues with customers in e-commerce website design
    • Initiating and following up on business development activities and business strategies

    • Project Management:
    • Preparing kick-off, brainstorming, and persona presentations
    • Auditing current clients’ websites and presenting UI/UX best practices and suggestions
    • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity presentations
    • Working with front end developers, business analysts, and project managers closely

    • Outsource Management:
    • Working with designers and guide the team within the product capabilities

    • Consulting:
    • Providing consultative advice on UI/UX matters & managing and improving UX/UI elements
    • Following global trends & being key contact for UI/UX (terminology, best practices) approach

Who You Are

    • 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX processes preferably in the e-commerce sector
    • Understanding of UX usability standards, best practices and up to date industry standards and trends
    • Experience in working with designer teams
    • Experience in e-commerce, website management, retail
    • Perfect command of English, both written and spoke
    • BA/BS degree preferred in Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related fields
    • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java to collaborate with the FE team
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially in Figma
    • Experience working with user monitoring and analytical tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, GTM to analyse pain points of the customer journey, develop ideas and report the outcomes of the solution
    • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization
    • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying high attention to detail
    • A distinguished entrepreneurial mind is an asset
    • Ability to work and thrive in a team
    • Eagerness for research and improvement, excellent self-learning skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
