The role

Our Virtual Data Lake software has a core of cryptographic techniques to enable unique privacy features. This core would be worthless without an intuitive user experience– and that’s where you come in!

As UX Design lead at Roseman Labs, you get a unique opportunity to combine hands-on work with setting the long-term standard for UX Design. As part of the Product Team, you play a pivotal role designing and developing new features in our customer-facing applications. You work closely with the team to create and realize our product vision. You engage with users and inspire our teams to give these users the best experience possible.

In this role, you take full ownership of the design process:

• Perform qualitative and quantitative user research to build a thorough understanding of customer’s needs and problems
• Generate ideas and propose solutions to improve to the user interaction process
• Quickly iterate proposed solutions with the Product Team through prototyping
• Validate existing and new solutions with users in structured user experience testing
• (optionally) Translate proposed solutions into visual design and/or demo code
• Continue UX/UI research to further develop our solution into a self-service product

• You have a genuine interest in making deep tech solutions accessible and usable for a broad range of users
• You bring a passion for UX Design, and are able to convey this to the rest of the company
• You are hands-on, proactive, organized and structured. You come up with thoughtful plans
• You are eager to join a small team of a fast-growing start-up
• Bonus points if you have a passion for privacy and privacy-enhancing solutions

We are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of UX experience, preferably in a tech / B2B software company
• Familiar with relevant techniques to drive an end-to-end UX design process
• Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Figma, etc.) is a strong plus
• Experience to create demo code (in JavaScript or front-end framework) is a plus
• International orientation and experience. You speak English at a professional level.
