UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a junior-to-mid UX / UI Designer to join our design team and help us rule the #PropTech world designing our industry-disrupting web and mobile apps.

If you have experience in researching and designing useful and beautiful mobile and web apps, have good communication skills, joyful attitude, and are immune to bad jokes, give it a try and send us your portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using personas, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Develop mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how product functions and looks like
• Prepare and present your ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Help white-label our apps according to client’s branding rules

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• (nice to have) UX research experience
• Wireframing and prototyping skills
• UI Design
• Experience in creating user flows / personas / scenarios
• (nice to have) Interaction design
• Team spirit; strong communication skills - sometimes you will need to get into developers, product owners, and users' mindsets ;)
• Experience in working in Figma or willingness to switch ?
• Ability to sell your work
