Here at OneFootball, we provide our users with the ultimate personalised digital football experience. We have been building quality products over the last 12 years, working to the highest of standards to partner with some of the biggest clubs in the world, including FC Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona and Juventus.
Building upon our close relationship with our users, we are embarking on a new frontier in the Blockchain/NFT space. Together with the most prolific companies within the NFT space we have developed a unique approach to this new exciting opportunity, bringing a sustainable approach towards growing the sports/NFT ecosystem. Design is one of the single most important factors of success of our vision.
We are looking for someone to join us in achieving this mission, adding your influence and expertise to enable the growth and maintenance of this opportunity.
Your role:
- Balance design with usability and functionality to build best-in-class user experiences.
- Create production-ready UI, with keen attention to development constraints and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative solutions.
- Build concise user-centric visions and journeys.
- Gather feedback and quickly iterate on designs and prototypes.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by developing wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and high fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct multiple user research tests, supporting different areas of the product at a time.
- Apply a data-driven approach to iterate and integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Your profile:
- Experience designing visual systems that are simple, straightforward and effective.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range and depth of skill designing beautiful and effective experiences.
- Strong attention to detail, design accuracy, and emphasis on visual consistency.
- Experience designing in Figma
- Maintaining design templates, site maps and materials as we build up a library of design assets.
- Ability to work autonomously, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective in communicating conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering and product teams in the design process.
- Experience with Agile is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of or experience with designing for Web3 and complexities/challenges of process is a huge plus.
