Summary:

As a Senior UX Architect , you will be a key member of our UX team – a growing group of developers and designers responsible for building, measuring, and improving our digital ecosystem.  Our mission is to ensure a consistent, modern, and enjoyable experience across the customer lifecycle.

You will create world class designs and user experiences across our expanding web ecosystem, and act as a leader for all things user experience design.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design of our website, customer portals, and landing pages across the continuum of the design process (conceptualization to wireframes to pixel perfect mockups)
• Develop and update UX styles for Brinks Home Security
• Thoughtful design of the information architecture for our externally facing web properties
• Thought leadership through mentorship of junior designers
• Create surveys/user testing for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites
• Analyze customer responses and website data to examine high traffic web pages and determine why certain webpages perform better
• Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX designs, primarily on web products
• Proficient with visual design programs
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
• Account for challenges using problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, graphic design, interactive media or related field (or equivalent work experience)  

 Preferred Skills/Experience 

• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
• Conversion rate optimization
• Web performance optimization
