Want to work on the top AI-based Learning Suite in the industry and make customers, partners, and employees love their learning experience? Docebo is looking for an independent, self-motivated and creative professional that can lead and develop the design of our mobile app, part of our products suite.
As a Mobile Product Designer at Docebo, you'll be a member of the global docebo design team, a group of talented and unique people with expertise in various design disciplines, such as experience design, UX research, design systems, inclusive design and more. You will solve complex problems with simple design solutions.

A PORTFOLIO OF WORKS IS NEEDED TO APPLY TO THIS POSITION. 

Reports to: Product UX Lead
Location: Biassono, Italy or remote in Italy

Responsibilities:

    • Own and be accountable for the mobile design at Docebo, making sure that it is consistent, aligned and always reflects, enhances and optimizes the current customer experience available also on other platforms/touchpoints.
    • Actively work closely with the Product UX Lead and the Mobile Teams to ideate and build our app experience, from wireframes and flows to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes across multiple platforms (iOS and Android) 
    • Test the interfaces with internal/external stakeholders and readapt according to the feedback of the incoming test.
    • Support the development cycle from a design standpoint by working closely with the various product development AGILE teams to coordinate with them.
    • Build meaningful relationships within the team and with other cross-functional roles you'll be working with (such as Product Owners, Developers, Tech Writers, Quality Assurance), being a great team player in reaching the expected outcome.
    • Work with the Design System Manager and other Product Designers to keep visual and functional consistency across your product.

Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Product Designer (UX/UI) with a principal focus on mobile.
    • For most of the time and activities, we speak English at Docebo. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is a must.
    • Mastery of Sketch and Invision. Flexibility in switching to new technologies and tools (es: Figma and similar) if required by the company’s design strategy.
    • Superior communication and a positive attitude for being comfortable in sharing your work with other designers and other key product stakeholders on a frequent basis.
    • Great problem-solving skills that make you comfortable in identifying high-impact problems and opportunities, then iterate quickly to validate your assumptions.

Preferred Requirements:

    • Previous experiences in Enterprise SaaS software/app design
    •  Experience working within an AGILE environment
