Agentnoon is a Y Combinator backed (and other top-tier investors) company building people analytics and planning tools for executives in fast-growing companies. The founders are second-time founders that have sold their previous company.

About the Role

Working alongside our CEO and CTO, you will be a force multiplier for our business. We are looking for someone who will help lead product design for our company.  For a UX / UI Designer, this is an opportunity to translate creative ideas into beautiful execution. We’re looking for a passionate and energetic design and product thinker to contribute to our product vision. Our goal is to make every user touchpoint seamless and consistently outstanding.

As a UX / UI Designer, you’ll ensure our product is easy to use and drives user engagement and retention. You’ll simplify how our customers navigate our product by identifying user desirability and friction points. You will leverage our current UX / UI patterns but also produce and test new ones. You’ll be right at home collaborating with other designers, strategists and developers.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of proven UX / UI Design experience designing responsive web and mobile software applications
- Mastery of Figma
- 2+ years of experience plotting and mapping a user journey from product discovery through enrolment, down multiple engagement routes and through to journey completion
- Strong visual design skills/portfolio
- Product-oriented view of what good product design looks and feels like
- Ability to build and execute design research methodologies and user testing protocols in a rapid development environment
- Experience in a start-up or the tech industry is preferred but not mandatory

Expectations

- Become the owner of UX/UI design of the product
- Explore product ideas from concept to design to high-fidelity Figma prototypes
- Collaborate with everyone (engineers, sales, and customers) to create “insanely great” user experiences
- Push the most impactful ideas forward that will make users happy
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Understand user needs through whatever it takes
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of designers, developers, and strategists to understand technical requirements and business objectives
- Present completed ideas and prototypes to the CTO and CEO
- Stay up to date with design/industry trends, best practices, and latest technologies
