Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX designer to join our growing team

Role: Senior UI/UX Designer

Reporting to: Design Director

Location: London Offices (Minimum of 2 days a week in the office)

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Conjure you will:

• Work into our Design Director, designing and delivering rich visual user experiences for multiple platforms including big data, HMI, online, applications, brand and communication projects
• Design for brands like NHS, Triumph, Grundfos, Jaguar Land Rover and powerful portfolio brands in healthcare, retail, finance, energy, manufacturing, automotive and aviation. This is an agency-side role so you’ll join a cross-functional team of UX/UIers, BAs, Devs supported by Delivery Managers. You’ll work alongside client teams to drive groundbreaking work built on exceptional design quality
• Take visual design lead on projects, including ideation, concepting, thematic art direction, motion/animation design, design system creation and UI/UX production, working end-to-end through the design process
• Effectively communicate concepts and detail designs through storytelling, visual storyboarding, UI prototyping, mood boards to convey compelling product ideas
• Present and pitch your ideas and visual designs to clients, managing iterations through to production sign-off
• Bring UI/UX practice and share tools and techniques with clients and designers in our team

About you:

• You’ll have 10+ years relevant industry experience designing applications, digital experiences, brand motion and video, digital product and services with delightful storytelling, user experience and visual design
• You’ll bring a first-class design mind, able to effectively envision, explore, express complex visual design solutions using varied tools, methods and activities in collaboration with other designers
• You’ll have the ability to generate ideas and bring them to life quickly through rapid prototyping and iteration
• You’ll have a strong attention to detail and be a master of your design craft, taking high ownership of the work you deliver
• You’ll be comfortable making design decisions backed by data and user insight, identifying opportunities to enhance experiences and design things right
• You’ll be a natural storyteller, confident at presenting your ideas in a thoughtful and engaging way, and sharing your design approaches and techniques with those around you
