Digital UI/UX Designer

This is a newly created Digital UI/UX Designer for the Digital team for Konew FinTech Group, which we cover both FinTech and Entertainment arms. He/She will be responsible for Digital Team's design deliverables, features, end to end customer journey, strong creative design energy, with effective stakeholder management skills, adhere to style and creative branding.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design UI mock-ups, components and prototypes for our digital products for stakeholders and customers validation based on theoretical knowledge of layout principles and esthetical design concepts
• Conduct research via focus groups and usability tests
• Translate user stories/business requirements into user flows and wireframes
• Identify design problems and devise user-centred solutions
• Develop pixel perfect UI and adjust design layouts based on user feedback
• Track analytics based on user ratings from TestFlight and other user-feedback platform to determine overall effectiveness of product features vis-a- vis graphic design/layout and ease of navigation/ usage from User Experience (UX) perspective
• Adhere to style and branding standards and be detail focused. Arrangements for illustrative materials to match the design and features of different Financial and Entertainment digital products
• Ability to collaborate effectively, work closely with various technology teams (Product, Development, QA, Ops, Innovation, etc.) and business stakeholders (Marketing, Business Development & Sales, etc.)
• You will be reporting to the Senior UI/UX Designer in HK Digital team and working with our UI/UX Designer in Taiwan Digital team

• At least 4 years relevant experience as a UX/UI designer or similar roles
• Able to handle a Mac and the usual tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) to depict the user experience in journey maps, flow diagrams, prototypes, responsive web design, data visualisation, UI mock-ups
• Understanding and experience in user-centred design process
• Creative thinker who can effectively innovate big ideas and also work out all the details
• Conversant with cross-browser, as well as native and cross-platform mobile design best practice
• Knowledge of react-native, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Flutter would be an advantage
• Proven work portfolio showing your design skills
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and verbal communications
