What We Need?
We’re seeking a talented Associate User Experience Designer to help drive the next evolution of our web and native mobile experiences. You will play a key role in the development of new and existing products and features, working closely with product, engineering and analytics to create experiences that are delightful, easy-to-use, and deliver on our mission to advance financial well-being for our users.?

Problems You Will Solve
- Solve compelling problems while owning user experience design across all patterns?on?web, tablet, and mobile??
- Fearlessly deliver best-in-class designs that engineers are excited to build?
- Quickly develop, iterate, and maintain user flows, mockups, and specs?
- ?Develop light-weight prototypes, A/B tests, and other discovery tools?
- Portfolio demonstrating foundational understanding of visual harmony, information hierarchy, and best practices around design patterns
- Collaborate on?user-centered research initiatives to help inform your vision?
- Work in close collaboration with a strong team of designers,?researchers,?developers, and product managers who want to make a difference…just like you.?
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (HCI, Multimedia, Graphic Design, etc.) or equivalent industry experience?
- 1+?years of UX work experience??
- Ability to design at all stages of development while integrating ongoing user research, building from concept and rough sketches to prototypes to final user-facing product?
- Knowledge of Scrum Agile or other Agile/Lean methodologies?
- Familiarity with Design Thinking and Human Centered Design
- In-depth knowledge of the tools of the trade, including?Figma and Adobe Suite?
- You’re collaborative. You have experience (and love) partnering with others
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in web or mobile development
- Experience in the financial sector or other highly regulated industries
- Experience in a startup or other fast-paced environment
