We’re looking for a UX/UI Brand Designer.

 

Why is this role so important at Similarweb?

As a part of Similarweb’s Corporate Marketing Department you will be working within the internal creative agency - the creative engine for user interfaces, internally and externally. You will own the design and style guide of Similarweb’s corporate website, and design web components for marketing purposes and campaign landing pages. You’ll partner with a project manager, dev teams, and brand designers to create clear messaging and delightful interfaces within Similarweb’s brand identity to impact growth and demand generation.

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Create and own on-brand web design projects from start-to-end. These projects include brand identity, digital assets, decks, interface, and interaction design work.
  • Building and maintaining our corporate website components with a flexible and easy-to-use design system. 
  • Elevate the Similarweb brand design’s data visualization across digital marketing channels to create meaningful data stories and viral potential via design. 
  • Come up with UI and illustrative solutions for campaigns and branded content.
  • Design and implement the brand’s visual language and all elements on the Company’s website, product vertical and industry webpages, newsletters and custom made landing pages.
  • Design product mockups and data visualization to support textual messaging.
  • Work closely with the greater Marketing organization and Growth team associates. 
  • Take ownership of each project from the initiation stages to completion.
  • Multitask on several projects at a time.
  • Provide services to a variety of departments in the marketing organization - Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, and work alongside content writers and developers.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • A strong online design portfolio that shows experience as a UX/UI designer, as well as helping establish brand identity. 
  • 3+ years of professional experience within the disciplines of visual communications, brand identity, and web design
  • Bachelor of design in visual communication department
  • Experience with design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Google suit, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with data visualization 
  • In-depth data experience, data companies - Advantage.
  • Experience with motion graphics tools - Advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in  design platforms - Wordpress, Webflow, Wix
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
