UI/UX Designer

With over 30 million homes around the world reporting data into our platform every month we have an abundance of data. Our challenge is to build products that demystify home connectivity issues, find faults in real time across internet service provider’s networks, test the internet performance and reliability of your favourite applications. You can help us improve the internet for everyone, everywhere.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to work in a multi-disciplinary team to:

• Develop structured understanding of business and user needs
• Prototype iterative solutions, validating usability, value, and feasibility
• Apply user-centred design practices
• Turn meaningful insights into product improvements that evolve our existing user journeys

You should have:

End-to-end UX design experience, from gathering insights through user research and analytics to designing the detailed workflows and interactions. You should have a curious mind and a desire to teach and learn with an open mind to work transparently with your team members as well as being able to effectively present and articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.

• At least 2 years of UX/UI/Product design experience
• Experience with hypothesis-driven design to define quick and efficient ways of learning and iterating
• Confidence in choosing appropriate user research and user testing methods
• Experience using a design system and contributing to it
• Experience using Figma in a professional setting
• A good understanding of how design can inspire and impact development, along with a knack for creating design solutions that are elegant but practical
• Experience working within focused agile teams and finding solutions within a well reasoned approach

• Competency based Interview, with presentation (1h)
• Cultural Contribution Interview (1h)
