Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role
Teramind is seeking a UI/UX designer with a proven track record for a full-time remote position.
Working hours align with your location’s normal business hours.

- 6+ years of commercial experience in full web portals design.
- B2B / SaaS / enterprise business applications experience.
- Strong design foundation in both UI (interaction, visual) and UX (user research, analysis, information architecture, wireframing).
- Intimate knowledge and experience with current design and prototyping tools (Figma + Adobe).
- Experience working closely with developers and understanding HTML / CSS / JavaScript principles.
- Able to understand high-level ideas and transform them into meaningful and visualized information architecture, wireframes, and mockups.
- Ability to produce great work in short timeframe and adapt to the changing priorities of the business.
- A self-starter mindset who is well organized and always looking to improve things.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Inspiring portfolio with relevant UI / UX examples.

What you will be doing
- Think holistically about complex systems and understand business goals.
- Learn about customer goals and their behavior using data, conduct interviews and feedback sessions.
- Translate research insights and business goals into features through flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Come up with elegant solutions to design challenges that satisfy business requirements and technical constraints.
- Use and help improve our design system.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure a high-quality implementation.
- Advocate for design in strategic product decisions.
