We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated User Experience Researcher to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of research methodologies, collaborates well cross-functionally, and is an advocate for users and stakeholders when product and design decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing research insights and identify current gaps and opportunities
- Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative user research to understand customer motivations, behaviours and needs across a variety of platforms such as mobile apps, websites, and internal systems
- Synthesize and communicate actionable recommendations that support and strengthen decision-making across the organisation
- Share research insights with internal stakeholders by leveraging storytelling and visualising data creatively to increase customer empathy
- Advocate for a user-centric approach while balancing business needs
- Manage research budget allocation and tools effectively
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience conducting research in a product development environment
- B.A. or M.A. in Psychology, Applied Statistics, HCI or other behavioural sciences
- Experience in working across quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Adept in planning, interviews, surveys, workshops and other related methods
- Proficient in interpreting analytics and able to communicate meaningful insights effectively
- Excellent communication, collaboration skills and overall a great team player
