Ana Luisa is looking for a UI/UX Designer, a human-centered, problem-solver, who constantly thinks about ways to make Ana Luisa's experience the best in the e-commerce space. 

As a UI/UX Designer @ ANA LUISA:
You'll utilize insight from research and data to identify user needs. 
You'll then translate these needs and motivations into design solutions. 
You'll support our UI/UX Designer Manager to create user-friendly designs and prototypes through iteration. 
You'll partner closely with product managers, content strategists, engineers, subject matter experts, and researchers to define great.

What you’ll be responsible for...

    • Create wireframes and prototypes focused on solving various business problems in an X days turnaround
    • Deliver task analysis and user flow diagrams to communicate desired experience
    • Support the engineering team in QAing their work on the staging environment
    • Partake in biweekly agile ceremonies to prioritize product design tasks and support cross-functional projects
    • Work with the product team to develop AB tests to improve on fire metrics on a monthly basis (add to cart, checkout completion)
    • Monitor the outcomes of the Product Design experience (A/B tests, new launch) and pro-actively offer iterations based on qualitative & quantitative outcomes
    • Support the Product Design team by organizing interviews with customers and structuring the testing process
    • Build & Share reports about your in-depth learning of our customer research
    • Conduct monthly website audits and provide actionable steps to keep up to date with eCommerce best practices

What you’ll bring...

    • Preferred BA/MA in Graphic/Visual Design
    • At least 3 years experience in Figma and in E-Commerce (DTC or Marketplaces) in the Fashion Industry
    • A strong portfolio of prior UX / UI work in eCommerce or consumer web
    • Has run usability testing and user research - is comfortable talking to customers for interview purposes
    • Experience in customization is a plus
    • Project management skills including scheduling and timelines
    • Highly detail-oriented, team player, flexible, positive, and creative
    • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English
    • Passion for brand, strong visual and graphic design skills for e-commerce
    • An expert in creating quality deliverables using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and more
    • Flexible and adaptive working style in an entrepreneurial atmosphere
    • Benchmarking & Market Research Experience
    • Ability to be reactive and work in a fast-paced environment
