BEN is looking for a seasoned Senior UX Designer who has a proven track record of success in building products that deliver tangible outcomes for users. This role would be essential in establishing our product design process from conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to translating learnings into user flows, customer journey maps, prototypes, and iterative experiences. Our goal is to create a world-class customer experience that empowers brands and content creators, from Hollywood directors to influencers, to connect with their audiences deeply. In pursuit of that goal, we are setting this role up to establish our best practices alongside a product, data science, & engineering organization dedicated to empowering our learning & execution culture. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and a solid track record of effectively identifying and learning through customer pains and delivering customer value.
