ABOUT THE UX DESIGNER ROLE:

WIN is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team in India. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering feature-rich design and innovative user experiences for web, mobile, and VR. You must have an obsessive focus on user experience, exploring and learning. You must be able to execute on all aspects of User Experience including research, analysis, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and workshops.
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Translate user needs into wireframes, mockups and prototypes for intuitive experiences.
2. Conceive, sketch, and prototype for digital products on web, mobile, iOS, Android, and VR.
3. Collaborate across disciplines and be a strong voice in designing for user-centric solutions.
4. Deliver pixel-perfect features by applying high standards for usability and satisfaction.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to plan, build and test digital, web and mobile products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 4+ years expertise in UX and design tools: Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or Zeplin
2. Team player, willingness to adapt and take constructive feedback.
3. Ability to iterate through and improve designs in a collaborative environment.
4. Strong work ethic, high integrity, and positive attitude
