We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who enjoys working across complex products within a technically demanding environment to join our international team. This role is expected to lead the UI/UX mentality throughout the GRC platform.   

 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Design and take ownership of the aesthetics to be implemented within the product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and provide a single source of truth delivering the look & feel of a single brand;

· Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation throughout the product areas;   

· Facilitate the product vision by researching, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing and translating ideas into concepts, user flows, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences; 

· Take a Lean UX approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs and collaborate with the development teams, content writers, and other UX designers within the company; 

· Maintain and further extend the current Design System, which is constructed out of specific design patterns, interaction and content architecture;

· Be an advocate for UX inside and outside the organization, and continuously educate and contribute to the design of reusable UI components and UX Patterns across teams;

· Provide guidance in the development, maintenance and delivery of operational procedures and tools. 

 

Qualifications and Experience Required: 

· 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design;

· Experience hands-on in CSS, tailwind, postcc and is a pragmatic person that can do in-app wireframes instead of paper exercises;

· Experienced in working with international stakeholders in an agile collaborative environment;

· Experience in managing several milestones, prioritizing activities and projects efficiently; 

· Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, XML, Javascript and comparable languages is preferable; 

· A Bachelor-level degree in preferably: Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, multimedia design, or related, would be a plus.

· User obsessed with a sincerely empathetic approach to understanding and optimizing user journeys;  

· Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategies and technologies;

· Good written, and verbal communication skills;

· Strong presentation skills. Able to concisely present goals and plans to internal or external audiences;

· Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset;

· Expected to work independently, and as part of a virtual global team where open, collaborative communication is encouraged; 

· Being able to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other stakeholders internationally; 

· Be open to feedback and constructive criticism;

· Can adapt to various situations and prioritize multiple workstreams simultaneously;

· Good attention to detail, sense of ownership and proactive attitude toward the role.

Salary for this position: gross salary starts from €33'000. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
