About the Role:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be building first-class experiences for our cloud software suite. Our products help brands win online. These products include market leading Website Builders, Content Management Systems, Image and Video Management, Email Marketing, Search, Headless Content and more. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data Scientists other UX Designers in geographically distributed locations. In this role you'll get to lead the design of a product in our suite. 

What You’ll Do:

• Design best-in-class user experiences for Sitecore users
• Design based on sound principles, starting with why, and finishing with sharp specification
• Work closely with the UX team on ideas and concepts 
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and users 
• Work with product managers and developers to keep work on track and ensure product deadlines are met
• Evolve the Sitecore Product Design System

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 3 years experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer with a portfolio of work to show
• Strong self management 
• Ability to think in systems: understanding our software from a broad perspective, seeing overall structures and patterns while simultaneously focusing on the goals of a specific user persona
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

 Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Experience in martech software a plus: Content / web builders / CMS
• Preferably have a degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphical Design, Media Design, Psychology, Industrial Design, Architecture, etc.
