Actian’s Customer Experience (CX) Team exists to provide exceptional experiences for our customers by helping them realize the value and success from working with products and services teams. The CX team strives to create exceptional experiences for customers by translating their needs and user feedback into practical solutions using the Actian Cloud Data Platform to address their business needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for growth within the HCLSoftware Data & Analytics portfolio. The UI team will play an important role in how we deliver and grow our presence in the cloud data management market.

Who You Are
- Passion for UI design, design systems, and rapid prototyping
- Enjoys complex enterprise SaaS projects
- Teaming to win in a cross functional CX team

What You’ll Do
- Create designs based on research, strategy, and UX guidance
- Contribute to user flows, UI design, and final design delivery
- Partner with UX on the Actian Design System and Standards
- Communicate design rationale, standards, and execution guidance
- Present and articulate solutions to teams and stakeholders
Preferred
- Industry knowledge of cloud and SaaS products
- Experience using Pendo, Miro/Mural, Figma, JIRA and Confluence
