Senior UI/UX Design Lead

In collaboration with our clients and in-house teams, you will create state-of-the art websites providing high usability, as well as creative email design solutions for a select brand portfolio. You will have an impressive track record of creating compelling websites using data-driven content and influencing your clients through design thinking and user experience.

About the Role:

• You will be responsible for leading the design team and coaching mid-level designers to be hired in the near future.
• Drive innovative, inspired thinking and idea-based work to challenge expectations
• Have the ability to create multiple concepts for new briefs / brand guidelines.
• Work on eye-catching designs, and be leading the creative process and laying out guidelines for visual styling, logos, color palettes and typography etc.
• Ability to prototype experiences using motion
• Present work to clients in a confident and focused manner to excite and persuade (written & verbal)
• A portfolio showing strong human-centered interaction design work
• Question and challenge briefs where appropriate to achieve better results
• Manage your own capacity to deliver workload within agreed timescales
• Proactively monitor the quality, accuracy and consistency of the work developed by the design studio.

• You will be a Senior Designer or hands-on Creative Director
• Solid understanding of Digital Graphic Design principles; responsive layouts, color, hierarchy, typography, imagery, etc.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Advising and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Creation of components for our design systems
• User of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Expert knowledge of Figma for design library creation and documentation
• Curiosity about our business and clients
• Empathy to enable user-centric design
• A flair for creating original concepts in response to briefs
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the current market, and different touch points can engage and connect individuals
• Strong time and project management skills
