About the job

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our growing startup dedicated to finding missing cats. If you love making a difference and are excited about working on a diverse range of design projects, then this is the role for you! 

Our core service has been proven, and we're now looking to improve the user experience + add extra products.

In close contact with the CEO, you will:

• Become really, really good at knowing our users
• Strategizing with the CEO about ways to shape our service & new products
• Translating these insights into an improved/redesigned:
• - Website
• - Sign up flow
• - User dashboard
• - Missing cat poster generator
• - Lost and found cats page
• - Social media images
• - Emails & other communication
• - Information flyers for veterinarians all around the world
• - ... and anything else that's design related

This position is 20-40 hours per week. Currently, our team is fully remote, but we're considering to open an office in Utrecht or Amsterdam.

You...

• Have strong UX/UI design skills with a portfolio showcasing your best work.
• Are proficient in Figma.
• Have experience conducting user interviews and translating these insights into design.
• Speak english fluently (C2 level, important for user testing!)
• Are always curious and want to keep learning
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
