We offer a variety of on demand health screening services. Most recently, we have successfully scaled our first offering of rapid COVID-19 screening solutions with on-site delivery, Insta OnSite (do-it-yourself testing) and Virtual Proctoring enabled by our own proprietary Track platform. We are taking the capabilities we have built and applying them to revolutionize preventative screening in the digital health space to launch and scale our offerings in our pipeline including: lead-testing at schools, vaccinations in schools and senior living, virtual drug testing, and preventative health screenings.

About This Role:
As a Senior UX Designer at Novir, you will be responsible for designing custom interfaces and views for our custom build platform, which will continue to evolve as we scale our offerings. In this role, you will drive the User Experience, while keeping the voice of the customer top of mind. You will be conducting user research, creating user personas / scenarios, wireframes, functional prototypes with annotations, and translating wireframes into visual design concepts that will be brought to life to impact Novir’s customers.

This role is part time to start, with the high possibility to move to full time as we continue to ramp.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with product owner and development teams to understand business objectives and user needs
- Create engaging web-based applications and products for Desktop and Mobile
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Iteratively refine designs based on feedback from product owner, business stakeholders, and clients
- Produce storyboards, site maps, wireframes, interaction flow diagrams, and other design artifacts that use UX best practices onboth Desktop & Mobile environments
- Prototype and validate your product ideas based on user-centric design principles
- Create, organize and deliver design assets to the development team and work to ensure that design is being implemented to the highest standard
- Define overarching user experience guidelines
- Help build style guides, create reusable interface elements, and refine existing ones
- Ownership of multiple threads of design work and the ability to manage timelines and deliverables
Key Experience We're Looking For:
- 4-6 years of professional experience as a UX Designer
- Strong problem-solving skills and can communicate ideas, design rationale, and specifics of a user-centric design process
- Comfortable presenting designs formally and informally
- Experience delivering iterative designs within an Agile Process
- Able to turn rough ideas into touchable, measurable user experiences, designing and prototyping interfaces
- Strong instincts for usability, and a track record of tovalidatingideas by measuring and analyzing data
- Strong preference for frontend engineering experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the opportunities and constraints of multiple platforms
- Experience designing for Web, Mobile Web, and Native Mobile platforms
- Expertise with Adobe products as well as core UX tools like Figma, Sketch & InVision
- BS or MS in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- Experience providing a consistent and cohesive design across a suite of digital products.
