UI/UX Designer - Work From Home

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Discovery - talk with stakeholders to brainstorm and document current workflow shortcomings and pain points 
2. Analysis
1. Create mapping, personas and use cases (if needed)
2. Analyze gathered data and determine improvements/solutions 
3. Create sketches or lo-fi mockups that show your solutions and improvements and apply your knowledge in UI/UX on it
4. Present sketches/lo-fi mockups to stakeholders for initial review
3. Design
1. Design well-crafted, client-focused UI prototypes (hi-fi) that fit the specific project requirements; and company visual assets (if needed)
2. Maintain consistency in style/branding standards on fonts, colors, images, etc.
3. Present design proposals to stakeholders and accommodate feedback accordingly

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Two to three years of experience in 
1. Designing web user interfaces
2. UI/UX design (plus points if you have experience in designing EHR UI)
2. Good understanding of 
1. UX design and usability and how it relates to visual design
2. technology limitations and the ability to work with technology requirements
3. Familiarity with
1. using wireframing/prototyping tools
2. creating assets (vector, icons, guides, etc.)
4. Good command of spoken and written English
5. Bachelors in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

PLUS (BUT NOT REQUIRED)

• Knowledge of Material Design and its limitations in terms of coding
• Understanding of US healthcare system
• Good knowledge in Figma

NOTE

• Must have stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
• Must be comfortable working the US business hours (EST)
• Must own a laptop with at least 8 GB memory
