Lead UX/UI Designer

Position Qualifications:

Technical:

• 7+ years of proven UI/UX experience, preferably with B2B products
• Previous leadership or management experience is a big plus
• Strong knowledge of information architecture and interaction design
• A strong portfolio including design processes
• Well understanding of the design and development lifecycle
• Previous experience with design tools, preferably Figma
• Has an eye for visual design

• A methodological approach to user experience process
• Passion for creating products that are highly usable and effective
• Ability to rationalise design decisions and deliver the results by leading the team
• Able to work with diverse teams in different locations
• Analytical mind set and posses problem solving attitude

The Job:

• Lead the design and user experience processes in line with the company goals and mission.
• Coordinate planning and conducting of user research with a methodological perspective, making use of the data effectively in design process.
• Work with multiple parties in order to provide user-centeric design practices and assures creation of prototypes accordingly.
• Effectively plan for the research and design processes in line with project targets
• Make sure that the design team works closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders and third-party vendors to understand and complete the project timely
• Provides training and leadership to the team members so that the team develops documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
