We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Designer to drive the ongoing innovation of our website; creating beautiful, intuitive and performant designs to shape a world-class eCommerce experience for our customers. You will be working directly on our storefront making extensive use of data to drive your design decisions.
Working as a team with our in house developers, you will be responsible for our site's end-to-end design process, from identifying user insights to designing and refining industry-leading UX. You will take ownership of design site-wide, developing fresh ideas and identifying areas for improvement to make sure we delight SunGod customers with an unrivalled customer journey.

Your primary focus as our Senior Digital Product Designer will be to ideate and develop industry leading digital eCommerce experiences and work with the rest of the engineering team to bring those ideas to life. The right candidate will be obsessed with continual improvement and have ambitions to take on increasing responsibility over time.
? You will be responsible for designing new features and improving existing ones, continually seeking to improve and enhance user experiences on our website;
? You will own and enhance our design language, ensuring it is used consistently and predictably;
? You will leverage user insights to identify potential enhancements to the SunGod website;
? You will articulate and develop your ideas and designs using low fidelity wireframes and high fidelity mockups;
? You will understand our key value proposition, core products, brand aesthetic, and identify opportunities to enhance the brand and delight our customers;
? You will keep your finger on the pulse of changing eCommerce trends to ensure SunGod remains at the forefront of modern web design;
? You will work in a high performing, agile tech team to lay the foundations for future growth;

The ideal person has the following skills, experiences and competencies:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and able to work swiftly to develop ideas into production-ready designs. The ideal candidate must have an excellent, developed understanding of modern web design and feel comfortable working in a cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class online experiences. They will have a proactive approach and be excited by the opportunity to help bring SunGod’s online presence to the next level.
? 5-10 years of experience working at a tech company, eCommerce brand or digital agency;
? Proven ability to leverage data to drive design decisions;
? Excellent understanding of modern UI/UX and the ability to ideate, design and develop their concepts;
? Demonstrable ability to use Figma to present their ideas and experience using it to design a component-based Design System;
? The ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team;
? Empathy for users and for those you’re working with;
? Great written and verbal communication skills;
? Genuine interest in sports and the outdoors.
