We are currently looking for a talented and creative Sr. UX Designer to join our UX Team based in Prague who would like to contribute to the success of our website. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences, conducting experiments and research, improving user journeys and driving conversions on our website which plays a crucial role in our business.

What will you do?
Shape user experience of GoodData’s B2B SAAS website to deliver towards its business goals.
Co-create marketing strategy through collaborative efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, front-end developers, visual designers and content creators, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective UX solutions.
Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, sketches and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and workflows.
Perform qualitative and quantitative user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gather insights and discover new opportunities.
Work closely with visual designers and front-end developers to design a compelling and usable user experience.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices, striving for continuous improvement and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and industry standards, and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation and excellence in UX design.
Key Factors for Success in the Position
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively to build credibility and rapport with the subject matter experts, marketers, visual designers and other stakeholders.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About you
Bachelor's Degree with a field of study in design including interaction, visual, product, or industrial design, human-computer interaction, or computer science, or demonstrated relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in designing web-based user interfaces.
Solid spoken and written English.
