What you will do:
- Lead and drive the design process, from ideation to implementation, delivering visually stunning and user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to bring your design ideas to life and create engaging interactions.
- Conduct user research and continuously optimize the user experience based on feedback, ensuring our platform remains top-notch.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain a high level of quality and consistency.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the design team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, keeping our platform at the forefront of innovation.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the tech or gaming industry, showcasing your expertise.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design skills and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, enabling you to bring your ideas to life.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups, showcasing your ability to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, ensuring exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize effectively and meet project deadlines.
