THE OPPORTUNITY

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create responsive designs across different screen sizes.
- Experience with user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Experience:
- Experience working with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of web accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
- Experience designing for enterprise-level software products.
- Ability to create design systems and style guides.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to understand the product features and create designs that achieve the optimal user experience for those features.
- Design and develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
- Stay up to date on UI/UX design trends and technologies and apply them to improve product usability.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Communicate design solutions effectively and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues and propose solutions to improve the user experience.
