UX/UI Designer

The UX/UI Designer will design experiences that help our partners understand our business process and achieve customer success. Our partners are vital to our growth as we partner with more than 50 Point of Sale (POS) and 100 ordering platform partners. You’re an exceptional designer and a great communicator. You’re a team player, partnering with product managers, growth and partnership team, engineers, operational leads, and our design team, to ensure our partners feel ecstatic working with us.

This role is 100% remote, full-time.

Salary Range - 90K - 100K

Essential Job Functions

• Owning the end-to-end user experience and design strategy for all our partner personas
• Inventing and evolving new visual and interaction designs based on experience, requirements, brand guidelines, and user needs
• Create user-focused designs (mockups, prototypes), informed by feedback, requirements, and your user research
• Collaborating with other designers, growth and partner managers, product managers, operation leads, and technologists
• Advocating for design excellence, craftsmanship, and usability in all aspects of the onboarding experience
• Primarily responsible for developing UI designs related to Onboarding UI and AR products

• 3+ years of experience working with internal tools, such as CRMs.
• Distinguished portfolio of modern and progressive UI architecture, interaction and visual designs
• Proficiency using contemporary design tools to solve complex problems and communicate in visually stunning detail - we use Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Experience measuring and testing your designs against business metrics and analyzing user experience flows for improved partner success
• BA or MA/MS Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Web Design, or related field or work experience as a designer
• Knowledge with CSS, HTML, Javascript, and frontend frameworks (i.e. React)
• A personal love of what we’re building
