Junior UI/UX Designer

Novibet is looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team in our offices in Athens.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team of product designers. As a junior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with the product design team and contribute to the development of our digital products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with up to 2 years of experience to enhance their skills and grow in the field of digital product design.

Your role

• Collaborate with the product design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our Sportsbook and Casino products
• Assist with day-to-day design tasks including UI mockups and prototypes.
• Design and optimize assets for various platforms
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms
• Provide support and design handoff to developers
• Conduct UAT and QA testing to the design solutions
• Research and showcase industry’s latest trends and design patterns where applicable

• Up to 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative UX methodologies for conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
• Experience in using Figma
• Familiarity with iOS and Android Design Systems
• Good use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Team spirit - positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Experience in online Gambling & Casino industry will be considered a strong plus
• A portfolio of UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms
