Why we are hiring:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for our web applications. Your primary focus will be on creating visually appealing, intuitive, and seamless user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and software applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Develop and implement UI/UX design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency and usability across different products.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the final product.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design principles to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Conduct regular usability assessments and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize the user experience.

Skill Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles. Utilizing Material UI as the default visual guideline.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
