Senior UI/UX Designer

As the Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative and intuitive user interfaces for various digital platforms and products. Responsibilities

• Design and implement user-friendly and engaging user interfaces for various digital platforms and products.
• Conduct user research to identify user needs and preferences and incorporate them into design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups and iterate designs based on testing and user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the designs meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive and recognizable visual identity.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and techniques and apply them to design solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Expert proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research and usability testing and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
