About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing research activities that inform the development of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to ensure the delivery of intuitive and engaging user experiences.You will propose tactical and strategic product improvements by cross-referencing and systematically review business goals, support queries, sales and product data.
- Conduct user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user analytics.
- Develop research plans and processes to address specific research objectives and questions.
- Recruit and screen participants for research studies, ensuring representative samples.
- Facilitate user research sessions, both in-person and remotely, and capture actionable insights.
- Analyze research data, synthesize findings, and present clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Work closely with Product designers to conduct iterative usability testing and user validation throughout the design process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methods to continually enhance the user research process.
- Advocate for the user and champion the importance of user-centered design within the organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting user research for digital products, preferably in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, and ethnographic research.
- Proficiency in using research tools and software (e.g., Hotjar, UserTesting.com, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, etc.).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through data analytics and research insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Passion for user-centered design and a deep understanding of UX principles. Case studies or examples of past research work demonstrating your ability to uncover user insights and drive design decisions.
