The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.
Main Responsibilities
- Write clear, consistent, and concise user-interface content at micro and macro levels;
- Shape product experiences by writing useful, meaningful copy that helps users complete tasks;
- Run content audits and continuously iterate in shipped features;
- Maintain and document evolving content and voice/tone standards;
- Flex a range of writing skills from technical to conceptual; develop technical expertise and domain knowledge across all functional areas of the product;
- Identify user communications needs and balance those with the brand, business, and legal requirements;
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, product designers, and other stakeholders across the team.
Core Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working as a UX writer or copywriter, content strategist, or UX professional;
- Ability to present and rationalize your work to stakeholders;
- Demonstrated experience in writing and editing content for the web and mobile experiences;
- Clear and concise over a clear and wordy copy to get the idea across;
- Strategic thinker who loves solving problems;
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Insatiable curiosity and genuine empathy for the user experience;
- Impeccable English skills and the ability to play with words.
Bonus Points
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (English, Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Graphic Design, etc.);
- Technical knowledge or experience with product development processes;
- Experience working with cybersecurity products;
- Experience validating your copy using various research methods;
- Portfolio of your best work;
- Basic knowledge of Figma.
