The salary for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create website design mockups for our clients ~15 websites per month

2. Contribute to QA when it comes to our design & CRO standards for websites and logos

3. Work to incorporate client feedback while pushing back on requests that would be detrimental to website performance from a design perspective

4. Drive design aesthetic change across the organization both internally and with external partners.

• Candidates should possess exceptional design skills, creative problem-solving, a great sense of aesthetics, as well as knowledge of user-centered design principles
• An excellent portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design work with a strong design sensibility
• Ability to produce a high volume of designs in a short amount of time and customize them to the unique strengths of each client
• Experience with conversion rate optimization with the purpose of generating leads
• Experience working with and effectively providing feedback to other designers and developers
• Experience using Figma, XD, Photoshop
• Candidate should be extremely passionate about elevating design and guiding designers to achieving greater heights in their work
