What you’ll do
Get ready to sculpt your ideas in a realm where leadership and creativity intertwine. As our Product Designer, you'll be a master of your craft, working with cross-functional teams to mold insights into breathtaking products. Reporting directly to the Lead Product Designer, you'll orchestrate:
- Conducting captivating user tests, tuning designs for perfection.
- Crafting attractive consumer experiences through collaborative collaborations
- Working cross-functionally with various team members and departments
- Nurturing design guidelines and brand standards
- Ensuring our designs illuminate accessibility and regulatory realms
- Illuminating pathways for feature enhancements, ever-evolving
- Embracing industry trends and weaving them into your designs
- Breathing new life into existing designs as consumer needs flourish
- Presenting designs to various leadership and customers
Things We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of professional experience on a product design team
- A strong background and understanding of both UX and UI
- Intuitive experience identifying customer needs beyond the prominent features and functionality
- A strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to conduct, interpret, and present qualitative and quantitative feedback and research
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying design concepts and roadmaps
- Strong problem-solving and delegation skills
- Understanding of client objectives and execution of said objectives
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Proficient in design software, preferably Figma and Adobe
- A well-rounded product design portfolio with result-driven case studies
