Where does this role fit in?

The new UX/UI designer will work with our UX Team and Creative department. You will collaborate with CRO Specialists and data analysts to understand user behaviour and insights.

The CRO UI/UX Designer translates approved test hypotheses into the User-Experience (UX) design variations necessary to support the test plan.

You'll have at least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant creative design field ideally (not essential).

A strong understanding and proficiency in digital design, User Experience and User Interface is pretty important. We’re looking for an experienced, aspiring UX/UI Designer who is self-motivated and comfortable with rationalising and presenting their design thinking and decision making.

We don't need the finished article, but someone who is passionate about UX and wants to forge a long-term career with a business who is as driven as they are.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CRO Specialists and data analysts to understand user behavior and insights.
  • Develop UX design variations based on approved test hypotheses and CRO strategy.
  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and best practices for optimal user experience.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on design improvements.
  • Provide design support for other CRO-related initiatives as needed.

Essential

  • Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Solid understanding of the UX process
  • 3+ years either creative agency or game/app developer
  • Strong personal motivation, initiative and tenacity – a genuine desire to create great products and change the world
  • Proficiency as a digital designer

Desirable

  • Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign)
  • Any previous experience working on CRO projects would be ideal
  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • An interest in the automotive industry
