Role Description

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be coming into a new and exciting space within the security industry. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team to bring the best possible user experience to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to play a defining role in the development of our platform.

We are looking for a creative individual with great design and communication skills, and with a track record of delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead UX/UI design projects from concept to completion.
  2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
  3. Drive agile and iterative development.
  4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate designs.
  5. Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.

Skills & Knowledge:

  1. Bachelor's degree in UX design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in UX design for SaaS or enterprise software.
  3. Strong visual design skills and portfolio showcasing your work.
  4. Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  7. Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
  8. Knowledge of data visualization techniques for complex data sets.
  9. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  10. Demonstrated ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
