UX/UI Designer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction and design concepts.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on designs and prototypes.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and user interface patterns.
• Create and maintain design documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, with explanation of your process and rationale.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies.
• Understanding of web and mobile development principles and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
