About The Job
Seeking ambitious and energetic UX/UI Designers to join our growing team - (multiple roles available)
The primary purpose of the role is to design and develop stunning user-centered digital platforms.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
? Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, benchmarking, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products
? Participate in design thinking workshops with clients to establish a shared understanding
? Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
? Understand business requirements and any technical limitations
? Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features
? Identify design problems and devise user friendly and stunning solutions
? Translate concepts and user stories into user ?ows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
? Create cutting edge visual design concepts for digital products
? Create new design systems and scale existing ones
Qualifications:
? 5+ years of experience in digital agencies as a UX/ UI designer
? Knowledge and implementation of end to end UX and UI design processes
? Experience in using UX design best practices in designing solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-?rst and responsive design.
? Creative thinker and multitasker with strong attention to details
? Strong knowledge in design and collaboration softwares (?gma, sketch, miro etc..)
? Excellent organizational, presentation, and written communication skills (Arabic is a Plus)
? Strong design portfolio with case studies
? Can work under pressure and open to receiving feedback
