UX Researcher

Description

Essential Functions:

• Participates in all project phases, from strategy to launch.
• Supports cross-functional product teams and the organization to achieve solutions that are right for our customers and adhere to the product vision.
• Delivers compelling research findings and insights to immediate project team and management level.Please check L (Still Learning Function), P (Successfully Performing), NP (Not Performing) or N/A (Not Applicable) for each as appropriate.  Note comment # on page 2c.

 

 

• Identifies user requirements through research and analysis of user needs, preferences, objectives, and work methods.
• Collaborates with teams to plan usability testing sessions; identifies participants for usability testing.
• Informs design decisions through utilization of user insight, analytics, best practice, and competitor analysis.
• Handles multiple projects in parallel and executes work efforts in an agile and efficient manner in support of business plans.
• Acts as a technical resource for internal team members.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or similar; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in a UX-related role, or any equivalent education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved.
• Experience with research, analytics, and design tools such as Lookback, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Dovetail, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Segment, and Figma.

Pay Range: 80,000.00/YR to 150,000.00/YR (Depending on experience)
