About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer at CleverTap, you will be responsible for crafting delightful user experiences and visual designs for the CleverTap website and related assets. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Design and Frontend Engineers to solve, design and test the website, landing pages and other UI designs.
What will you do?
- Create visual & animated web page layouts that will enable higher Engagement and MQLs
- Create wireframes, storyboards, screen flows and high-fidelity dev ready prototypes in Figma
- Work with Frontend Developers to ensure proper implementation, consistency and integrity of the creative vision and style guide
- Work with Product Managers and Product designers to understand product problems and reflect the insights into the website designs
- Test the developed web and landing pages before go-live
What are we looking for?
Must Have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience working on dynamic and visually appealing websites
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Graphic Design/ Visual Communication
- Proficiency in Figma
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- A deep understanding of user-centered design process and interface design methodologies
- A thorough understanding of technical possibilities and limitations
- Knowledge of the industry’s latest UX trends and technologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Portfolio of work that reflects the skills as a User Experience Designer
- Strong empathy towards the end users and passion to solve UI problems
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of App design
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress and Webflow

The CleverTap Product Experiences AKA Product Design team is a centralised team that works closely with the Product team to design superior world-class experiences on the dashboard for customers. The design team consists of various disciplines: Product Design, UX Research & UX Writing.
