UX/UI Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer with deep experience in design, user research, prototyping and development of AI-driven solutions, for both mobile and web.
The ideal candidate has a solid experience in end-to-end design approaches, starting with discovering and articulating users’ needs and pain points with empathy, synthesizing findings, requirements and constraints to the next level through subsequent iterations, including prototyping and continuous testing, and providing detailed designs that enable straightforward implementation. Ability to work with feedback from engineers, business stakeholders, customer support, and end-users is essential.

Deep expertise in modern web- and mobile UI technologies, design and prototyping tools, is a must. Knowledge of AI development toolkits, analytics solutions and visualization frameworks, is desired.

Although we are in the healthcare data interoperability industry, no previous experience in healthcare is necessary. People with a desire to switch to the exponentially evolving digital health with the goal of delivering life-changing products are mostly encouraged to apply.

You will:

Design, architect, and prototype highly interactive applications for modern web/mobile technologies and frameworks.

Map out user journeys and stories, work with confidence along the spectrum of experience and interaction design, including user research, creating workflows and defining information architectures, low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, high-quality visually detailed designs.

Create working prototypes based on your low-fidelity designs, continuously test and iterate to achieve seamless solutions.

Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and end users to translate high-level designs / concepts into implementations that deliver value and great experience to the end-users.

Work within an agile development environment with confidence and ease.

You have:

4+ years proven UX/UI design experience, working successfully with product and engineering teams.

Expertise in modern design, prototyping and research tools (e.g. Sketch, Flinto, Miro, Zeplin, InVision, Airtable).

Experience in development for iOS and Android.

Data visualization skill, e.g. using d3.js is a big plus.

Commitment to creating reusable design systems and components.

Demonstrated success, meaningful products launched with massive adoption rate.

Knowledge of platforms, offerings enabled on them, strong understanding of B2B SaaS models, underlying modern web technologies and their operation is a plus.

Excellent at articulating, documenting and presenting ideas and work across the organization. Ability to interact with a multi-cultural global team across time-zones.

Bachelor's degree in experience | visual | interaction design, human-computer interaction, user-centered design, visualization or equivalent work experience.

Great if you have:

Experience with digital health, healthcare IT and/or EMRs.
