The Project
We want to make the design of houses and their direct manufacturing accessible to everyone through an architectural design software, with an astonishing graphical visualization and very simple to use.
What we’re developing is the first BIM software able to realize real buildings! Brilliant inventions take shape from brilliant minds. We all believe our product is extraordinary so we’re looking for extraordinary people too.
Responsibilities and activities
- Contribute to the definition of product goals
- Contribute to the production of high-quality deliverables at both operational and strategic/organisational level
- Generate design solutions, from the initial sketches to the final interactive prototype
- Follow the complete lifecycle of a Design project: from drafting the initial proposal to follow the Development and Testing phases
- Cooperate creatively and effectively with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners and developers, to conceptualize and design user-friendly digital products and interfaces
- Creation of presentations and documentations for the features designed or assigned
Must have
- A deep understanding of design principles;
- Up-to-date knowledge of the necessary Design tools: we use Figma, FigJam, Notion, Adobe CC;
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns;
- Proved past experience in designing web and mobile applications, completed with flows, wireframes and final prototypes;
- Experience in working with Design Systems;
- Technical knowledge of the development process: we won't expect you to write code, but you will need to be able to dialogue with developers efficiently;
- Experience in creating intuitive interfaces that allow users to interact seamlessly with AI applications;
- Collaborating closely with our development team;
- Experience in managing projects and junior resources;
- Good level of spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Experience in the design of 3d softwares or softwares in general
- You’re fascinated by people and psychology
- We value a Degree or certified courses in User Experience Design / Interaction Design / Web Design / Digital Graphic Art and Multimedia or similar.

€35,000 - €45,000 a year

??Flex Time: you can decide when to come and go to work from 6am to 10pm . We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00am in which presence is required, and the rest of the day is up to you! (max 40h per week)
