As a design-focused company, we are currently looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the platform's direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design.
• Create user flows, personas, and journey maps to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centric approach.
• Design and deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of the designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain a consistent and cohesive design system and pattern library.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications and skills:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with responsive design and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

This is a hybrid role and we can negotiate the terms of your office presence, but for your information, we currently come in 2-3 times a week to the Farringdon office in London.
