UX/UI Design Lead

Easybrain is looking for a skilled and talented UX/UI Design Lead who would dive into Easybrain's portfolio of products, guiding the design team in generating ideas for improving the company's products, which are used by millions of people every day.

 

- Lead and mentor a team of designers, setting the design direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions;

- Constantly improve the company's overall UX/UI design guidelines meeting business goals and market trends;

- Work closely with a team of product managers, analysts, and developers, providing effective solutions and a clear workflow;

- Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences;

- Create attractive and user-friendly designs that keep the user interface looking consistent and visually pleasing.

 

- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of interface design and development;

- At least 3 years of work experience in a lead role;

- Familiarity with Material Design Guidelines and iOS Human Interface Guidelines;

- A deep knowledge of design and animation principles and work experience with Principle, After Effects, and InVision;

- Good knowledge of libraries and plugins in Sketch;

- Knowledge of ??the technical side of mobile development;

- A portfolio of successfully completed projects;

- English language skills - intermediate+;

- Russian language is a must.
